My name is Katie Long. I'm a photographer based out of Ventura, CA. As an artist, my sincerest hope is to craft images that speak to what make us communally human. I strive to shape light, space, and the people that inhabit them with a subtle aesthetic that is timeless, clean, and most of all, honest. I believe that beneath and within every photo is an opportunity to share the delicate stories of beauty, struggle, and faith that we all share.

My approach to work on location echoes these values - I like to cultivate meaningful relationships and moments, create a relaxed environment where clients can interact and be themselves, all while focusing on the smallest of details that can potentially add to a more holistically beautiful composition.
